Downtown 10k:  1:06:54 ….killed that goal of 1:08 and a PR by 2:09. Apparently not following a training plan and doing what I want, when I want is working out well for me. I’ve certainly been active over the last month, but I’ve been keeping up with a lot more cross training- swimming 1-2x week, spinning 1-2x week, running 1-2 x week, yoga 2-3 x week. Also aside from a PR, I ran this race last year in 1:14:02 so I took 7:08 off last year’s time for this race!
